Hi,

You should definitely go for aiims because aiims is much better and too good college. You have scored 300+ this year that's a good score. You should try for neet and aiims next year too.

You are going to drop this year. And this year will decide your future career and profession. So don't let it to go as it is. Do some hardwork for yourself.

You have to study hard with your smartness. Just complete the whole syllabus of ncert books of 11th and 12th in six months and then practice questions from mtg neet books. If you did not understand anything you can use you tube or google.

And yes if you are a disciplined student and know how to manage time then you don't need coaching centre.

Just read the ncert book of biology, physics and chemistry word to word and don't let any word to go without knowing it's meaning. Practice numericals of physics and chemistry daily.

Use Mtg objective books for aiims preparation.

Stay away from social media for a year.

For any other information you can ask us.

You should start your preparation for NEET 2020 as soon as possible. Get admission into a coaching institute if you want proper guidance. Many of them are conducting admission tests for droppers 1 year courses. With that said, it is not necessary to join a coaching if you can prepare on your own

  • Set up a regular timetable and plan ahead. Plan what you are going to study which part of the year and stick to the plan. Or atleast try to stick to the plan.
  • Seek help from mentors and people who have cleared NEET with good marks. Keep in touch with them through your preparation.
  • Complete NCERT books of class 11th and 12th to clear your fundamentals rather than jumping on tough books.
  • Manage time for sleep and exercise, you can not study for 24 hours straight.
  • Focus on your weak and important topics first and then move onto difficult and unimportant part.

Best of Luck.

In order to score 600+ in neet2020 and to get a good rank in AIIMS you should focus on maintaining consistency throughout the year. Make a time table and also make it a point to follow it. You can also join some good coaching institute according to your preference as it provide you with good guidance but consistency is the key. Also aim towards improving your speed of solving questions. All the best.
