What will happen if there is some gap with the border line of the omr sheet? Will it be rejected?

what if by mistake we have filled 2 circles for a question ? can I challenge these questions and select one the final option I want to be considered for marks evaluation?

I forget to fill some circles completely, I only make a circular mark in centre hiding the albhabets, in NDA exam, wil it become a reason of rejection😢😢
