Hello Yuvraj, The process for getting the 2nd or 1st preference course is to select the float option in 1st counseling. If you are able to get a better course in the further rounds then your 1st counseling seat will be released and you will get hold on the recently allotted course. But if you are unable to get a better course, then still you can take admission in the course allocated during the 1st round counseling.
