If you apply as obc then OBC certificate is required.
Otherwise there would be problem during admission.
You have time, you can apply for caste certificate now.
If you will not submit you all documents then you admission will cancelled.
So be prepare and take all documents.

When you apply for admission in any college through JEE Main or Advance marks then there you have to carry your all original documents as well as photocopied documents filled by you in the form to the respective Institute. If you fail to show all the documents mentioned by you in your form then your admission will get cancelled. Also they would take further actions against you by their respective rules. Most of the times scanned copy of document sheets are also asked while filling the form for JEE Advance. Then if you are not able to upload correct documents then again the action is taken by their respective rules. 

So please fill all the details correctly because you don't want to lose the chance of giving the exam by making mistakes that you can avoid.
