I have passed my 12 in 2020 but haven't applied for jee mains if I apply in 2021 will I be eligible for jee advanced new criteria

Yes, of course you will be eligible to write JEE Advanced in 2021. This year only one criteria has changed and that is: You just need to get passing certificate in your higher secondary examination irrespective of getting 75+ percentage or being in top 20 percentile.
