You haven't mentioned your Category or the State you belong to. This is important because States like Delhi, Bihar, Orissa, Rajasthan, UP and Maharashtra have higher cut offs than Tamilnadu, Assam, Goa, Karnataka, etc. But if you belong to Tamilnadu, Assam, Goa, Karnataka, AP, Meghalaya, Kerala, with an estimated score of 600 even if you belong to General Category, the chances of getting a seat in a Government Medical College are quite decent.
