yes you can do it.

If you don't like the college alloted you in the first phase then you can go for the further rounds of counselling.

You have this right until n unless every round finishes. here you have to be be very attentive and look for the cutoffs for different colleges and how it is evaluated.

You can go for futher rounds and choose one better.
