i have reprtd to the college OU alloted to me in the 1st counclng. Now i want to change college to KU .is that possible witht canelling the seat so that even if i dont get seat in the 2nd councelng i will be having seat atlst in that. And will i get my TC and money back if i alloted to another colge

Hello aspirant,
You can cancel your seat in Osmania University and move to college of your choice. You will definitely get the money you paid back as it is a reputed government institute. It may get a little bit late but you will get your money back.
