Hello,
If you qualify in Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) mains and get good score you will be able to take admissions in many colleges around the country. It won't matter if you have not qualified in TS EAMCET. With TS EAMCET score you will get admissions only in the colleges in Telangana State. There are many colleges that accept JEE main scores compared to TS EAMCET scores. So as long as you have a good score in JEE main the scores of TS EAMCET does not matter but if you are not having good scores in JEE main then you have difficulty in getting admissions in good colleges.
