First of all, I would like to tell you that CS and MBA are like sun and moon. They both are professional courses but opposite in nature. I would suggest you to make one choice, either CS or MBA and pursue that course with all your efforts.

If you are already pursuing BBA, then I would suggest you to go with MBA as it will make a meaningful and sensible combination of these two (BBA+MBA) because they both are the members of same family 

Now if I talk about pursuing BBA along with CS, you will be studying two different subjects of different families! And while pursuing your CS, you have to do some mandatory articleship as well for 3 years or so that means you won’t be able to pursue MBA for 3 years after completing your graduation. And even you complete your arricleship for CS and become a CS, then you have to pursue MBA for another two years to become an MBA. Now after getting all this, you have to start your career either with a profile which requires an MBA or CS but not both!
