As to do diploma course we have to attempt for an entrance exam as you should have the eligibility of 50 percent of the marks in your 10th standard  and by writing the entrance exam we can get colleges based on our score and cept is calculated by the grading system so study well and work hard to get good marks in the good colleges and ALL THE BEST for your future and i think my suggestions and knowledge may be helpful to u.
