Right now nothing can be said as Cuttoff has not decalred yet.Cuttoff get changed each year.But 187 seems decent score in JEE ADVANCE.With this score you can fetch IITs like IIT DHANBAD,IIT BHUBANESHWAR,IIT BHOPAL with core stream like civil, electical etc.In top IITs you may get non core stream.For sureity wait till cuttoff get announce.
