Extremely sorry for you but chances are too less you might get a seat if you are having any kind of reservation? But as for IIIT's first tell me your jee mains score?

No you can't get any IIT because by looking at your score you are not even qualified for the exam.As far as IIITS are considered there admission is done through your Jee mains score.
