A profile is good or not, depends only on the authorities, but to be on a safe side you should have the following:

• More than 80% in Graduation
• Minimum of 3 years of Work experience
• An exceptional score in CAT/GRE/GMAT (Example: 99+ percentile in CAT)

If your profile satisfies the IIM-K criteria then you would be shortlisted for Personal Interview.
