see there is no bsc IT arts course, you may go for bsc in information technology or bsc in fine arts, now coming to the general eligibility criteria of bsc in IT , candidates must pass 10+2 course and have studied mathematics as a subject in 12th course , now if you donot have mathematics you may not eligible to apply for bsc in IT course.
