There is a M. Tech Software Engineering integrated program in VIT.

Officially the criteria to be eligible is:

• Candidates who have studied in Regular, Full time and Formal Education are alone eligible to apply.
• Candidates whose date of birth falls on or after 1st July 1995 are eligible to apply
• Candidates should have secured an aggregate of 70% and above in their +2 examination to be eligible to Apply Five year integrated programme for M.Tech Software Engineering minimum of 70% in (Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics)
