MBBS registration fee for general category students is 1000 rupees whereas for other categories it is 500 rupees. AIQ seats include seats in Deemed and Central Universities, ESIC and AFMC institutes. Of the total seats in government colleges, 15 per cent seats are reserved for AIQ seats, while the remaining will be reserved for 85 per cent state quota seats offered by state counselling authorities.

There will not be a difference in college fee as such, as the fee is fixed and only the security fee of AIQ/ Central universities and State colleges differ.
