Hi Mahendra, As per your query about ALL INDIA QUOTA, I would like to inform you that ALL INDIA QUOTA IS 15 % of total seats available in both govt and private institute... That means suppose total 65000 seats are there so through ALL INDIA QUOTA, you will be eligible for around 9750 seats counselling ..
Counselling for ALL INDIA QUOTA is conducted by the MCC/ DGHS

All India quota is the 15% seats of total seats, in which anyone from any state can compete to take seats. And counseling is conducted separately.

Other 85% is limited to the respective state, in which the candidates from that state can compete. For this, the respective state conducts the counselling.
