Hello Sid,

5-13 lakhs annually.

Deemed medical colleges demand fees ranging from 3-4 lakhs per year to nearly 11-12 lakhs per year. It depends on what college you're opting for.
Also, the minimum score varies every year depending on the level of difficulty of the question paper and how well the students perform.
This year, students had to score over 560 marks to get MBBS in government medical colleges through all India 15 %quota. While for deemed colleges students who got through scored somewhere between 480 to 530 to get through.
The cut off scores may rise higher or may drop down next year. Nothing as of now can be said with absolute certainty.
Also, the cut off scores for OBC CATEGORY students is more or less the same as GENERAL CATEGORY students, variations if any can range from 10 to 15 marks.
So aim for score above 500 for getting into a deemed university. And for government medical colleges, definitely above 570, based on the stats of this year.

Hi Sid Patil,

Coming Directly on your Query, Fees of Deemed medical colleges varies from as low as 3lakh p.a. to 10-15 lakh p.a.

Talking in terms of marks, if you are a OBC category aspirant, a score of 580+ will be a safe score but always try harder to make the best out of you.

Some GOLDEN tips for the preparation of NEET

  • Firstly, gather all the details about the officially prescribed syllabus for the examination.
