B Pharma is a full 4 year degree in pharma and is therefore more valued course then the d pharma which is a diploma in pharmacy. D pharma is a 2 year diploma and is you might need a degree in many top companies therefore from that perspective B pharma is a good course.

However, if you want to set up a drug store in future then you should consider d pharma as you can open the drug store with d pharma too,
