mba in human resources or marketing requires a certain set of skills that you can for some acquire and for some you cannot and are expect to have if you are going in that field and for mba in finance it goes without saying that you should be happy with seeing a lot numbers, observant and meticulous. mba in finance usually puts you behind a screen and there is less interaction with clients in comparison to marketing. for mba in human resource you have to deal with people all the time. hence it depends at the end what you are good at and what you like. growth in marketing is high and fast but unstable for finance it is slow steady but will definitely gets rewarding in hr it is steady and stops after a certain point but the job is not as grueling and tasking as finance and marketing.
