Hi,
That total depends on your personal choice if you want to Do MSc or PhD but if you qualify for a PhD in any foreign university then you should really go for a PhD. Moreover the field that you are currently studying plays a vital role if it is a research oriented field then I would suggest you to go for a PhD but if it is not a research associated field then you can also go for MS.
