Both have very good opportunity, but if you look closely Msc Zoology is strictly refined for study of animals and Mammals and research is purely based on ecosystem.

Whereas MSc Chemistry has braod scope into Pharmaceutical sector with drug development, Drug modifications, Industrial waste management, Environmental planning, Food Organic Chemistry and Opportunities into FMCG sector.

The salary range for both are equal at 5-7LPA with top mnc.
But, MSc chemistry stands out in twrms of overall Internship and job opportunities.
