Mtech is the course you wish to pursue if you want to continue the education you pursued in btech.

As in the branch which your pursued in btech. If you wish to continue further or interested to do something in that, then go for it

Where as mba is totally different. If you drift from the ine pursuing and interest in management skills, then you can go for it

But when you ask about colleges and campuses. Both of them are equally reputed and really good
