RICS Courses and Fees 2026
RICS courses are offered at undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels. RICS School of Built Environment course at undergraduate level includes BBA in Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure. The RICS fee structure is Rs 10,25,000 for BBA in REUI.
- RICS SBE fee for MBA course ranges from Rs 13,20,000 - Rs 13,88,000.
- RICS BBA course duration ranges from 3 -4 years.
RICS School of Built Environment fees is Rs 50,000 for a PhD full-time course and Rs 75,000 for a PhD part-time course. RICS also offers a PGD (Postgraduate Diploma) and PhD course. The duration of the BBA course ranges from 3 to 4 years. RICS SBE AUN PG course is 2 years long, while the PhD course is 5 years long.

The infrastructure of RICS Amity is of very high standards. Classrooms are all up-to-date, equipped with projectors and air conditioning .They provide students with the hand-on exposure to the industrial practices. Hostel facilities are good and are managed properly, with regular cleaning and proper dining facilities.
