As far as I know, IP is a university by the name Indraprastha University. It conducts its own entrance tests for a number of undergraduate and postgraduate courses. You can even apply for the courses through separate entrance tests that Are conducted at national level. BSc IP is in my opinion the BSc course offered by that university.
