Hello Aspirant,
Based on your jee advanced marks you will not be able to get any top branch like cs, it or mechanical in any of the top 7 iits but in some of the lower IITs you could get branches like chemical , metallurgy , textile somewhat branches like these. So either you can opt for this or you can take a drop and prepare more for the exam and try to score better and get into some good iit with some good branch.
