From your previous questions and our answers to your questions we have narrowed your choice to Ramaiah.  In Karnataka, 85% of seat will be allocated on the basis of KEA Counselling and 15% from All India Quota (AIQ). To be considered for KEA the student should have studied and passed in one or more Government or Government recognised educational institutions located in the State of Karnataka for a minimum period of SEVEN academic years commencing from 1st standard to 2nd PUC / 12th standard as on 1st July of the year in which the Entrance Test is held.

If you need to pay low fees in the range of 15Lakhs then your NEET rank is the determining factor. Ramaiah is your best bet in terms of Management quota and expect you fees to be between 45-50Lakhs. You may contact them to weigh your eligibility.  Fees can be paid yearly/installments.

For the management quota cut off, it is better to call them directly as then it won’t be an evasive answer – since you are a real student.
