Hello Ravi,

The cutoff of FMS BHU is released for all category students for admissions to the MBA and PGDBA programmes. BHU accepts only CAT scores for shortlisting candidates for its admission process. For the 2019-21 academic batch, the FMS BHU cutoff for General category is around 85 percentile in CAT. Candidates who belong to the reserved category (SC/ST/OBC/PwD) will not have to fulfill any CAT 2018 cutoff as such. The selection would be based on their performance in the GD/PI rounds. However, from next year, even reserved candidates need to meet a cutoff percentile.

General category candidates will be shortlisted as per FMS BHU cutoff only. Those who will secure marks in the cutoff bracket will only become eligible for the shortlisting. BHU has changed its institute name from FMS to IMS; it is now, Institute of Management Studies, Banaras Hindu University.
