The Government College Of Pharmacy, Karad was established in the year 1964 by the government of Maharashtra with an aim to provide technical education in the rural areas. The college is one of the first government colleges in Maharashtra and is spread across an area of 8 acres.

The cut off changes every year and it is different for each category. Last year the cut off was as for admission to B.Pharmacy in Government College of Pharmacy, Karad category-wise
