The cutoff for admission through NEET in Armed Forces Medical College, Pune was around 550 marks out of 720 for both boys and girls in 2018. But it was different in 2017, the cutoff for boys was 570 marks and for girls was 600 out of 720. Hence you should aim to score 600+ marks to get admission in this college.
