To be honest vit Vellore doesn't release it's cut off because every year the dynamics gets changed due to the increment in the number of seats. So it's of no use of the previous year cut offs.

But on a general basis as per my knowledge if you would be under 10k rank then you would easily cse branch there.

Although various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
