Yes Sis U Can get Agricultural Engineering Seat ug course if ur rank is 12k-14kgmr.. under spot or decentralized counseling in Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya ...i tell this according my experience I am a student of Agricultural Engineering in UTTAR BANGA KRISHI VISWAVIDYALAYA..Check UBKV Btech in agricultural Engineering website or admission section to fill up decentralized admission notification

Some Vacant Seats in 1s t Year U.G. in Engineering / Technology / Architecture / Pharmacy courses for the session 2018-2019 will be filled up through Decentralized Counseling. This is only meants to fill up the seats which were vacant last year. And thus called as decentralised councelling.

No decentralized counselling means filling up seats under counselling process organized by college itself
