Neet Phase 1 and phase 2 are not like two steps of prelims and mains of Engineering entrance examination
In the year 2016 Davidson discrepancy regarding the Neet paper does the conducted every test and add separate evaluations for people appearing for one or both of the examination that was Neet phase 2 there's nothing special and usually that system has not been adopted in 2017 and is not likely to come into play in 2018 or here onwards as well
Hope this helps, thank you

Well, it's nothing like two separate exams. Their is nothing like prelims and Mains. Neet phase -1 and neet phase 2 occurred during year 2016, due to some issues. It was a retest being conducted, to sort the issues.
Thank you

There is only one NEET exam. In some years it was repeated twice. Which came to be known as NEET-1 AND NEET-2.
