B.E is bachelor of Engineering(ECE,EEE,CSE,Civil,Mechanical)
Btech is bachelor of Technology(IT,biotechnology)

B.E is more valuable than the B.tech .

Ideally, a B.E. course should be teaching you more about the concept applied in engineering, along with the domain fundamentals, while a B.Tech course should be teaching you the applications of those principles, fundamentals and other concepts.
