CRL means common rank list and it is tge real rank list of all students. For different categories their are different ranks cutoff criterias.
If you are from ews category then you must have a proof of it otherwise when allotting the college or registering for jee advanced your CRL would be taken into account. If you have a proof of ews category then your ews category will be taken and you will sure enjoy the benefits of getting a good college in a low CRL
