1. Candidates in the Class XII Board Examination, should secure a 75% mark (65% for SC, ST and PwD).
2. You should score in JEE Mains enough to get admission in IIIT.
3. Candidates should be less than 25 years of age, with five year relaxation for SC, ST, and PwD candidates.

Although the IIITs are autonomous, they are linked to each other through a common admission process. Candidates who want to get admission to UG programmes and Dual Degree (B.Tech and M.Tech) programmes need to qualify the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Mains exam.

There is no fixed cutoff of NTA ranking for the BTech programme. In 2019, admission offers were made up to NTA ranking 1,187 for CSE and 2,845 for ECE. IIIT Hyderabad cutoff 2020 will depend on the actual number of applications received.

Basic eligibility criteria is passing 10+2 or equivalent with a minimum of 60% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

IIIT's ( Indian Institute of Information Technology ) are one of the top colleges in India after IIT's and NIT's . The admission process to IIIT's is just same as admission in NIT's.

The basic eligibility criteria to get admission into IIIT's is given below.

• You have passed 12th class with science stream , with a good percentage.
• You must have a very good score in JEE Mains exam.

Also there are some other eligibility criteria which depends from institute to institute . But I mentioned above is the basic requirement. The better your score in JEE Mains the better IIIT you will get. Also if you have a very good score then you can take NIT.
