see fashion designing course is divided by duration of course, it can be certificate level course of 6 month to 1 year, however there is also bachelors level courses like b.tech in fashion technology , bachelor of design etc also available. however you first decide whether you want to explore further in fashion designing and ready to take challenges by taking it your mandatory stream, or you just interested to learn about fashion technology a bit.

If second option is true for you then you should take b.com (//b.com) and may join in any coaching institute which offers certificate course in fashion designing.

Fashion designing is not vocational course. It's a reputed graduation degree. There will be diploma in fashion designing, BSC in fashion designing, BA in fashion designing course is available. For all this courses you have to completed your 12th with minimum 50% marks. And the best college NIFT. For this colleges you have to give the entrance examination.

You can't do bcom and fashion designing in same time period. But you  can do one course in regular mode and another is distance mode as same time period. But I'll suggest you that if want both then complete your Bcom then join fashion designing other wise directly join fashion designing course. Infact there also four years degree course in fashion designing that is called bftech.
