Fee structure for IIIT Bangalore for B.tech + M.tech is about 7.8 lakh total for five years ,which is 134,000 per annum.Fees for only M.tech is about 536,000 lakh total for 2 years ,which is 268,000 per annum. Hostel fee is 33,000 per semester and fooding(mess) fee is 24,000 per semester.with 15,000 caution money deposited for Hostel.I hope it helped
