If you belong to General/OBC category,then,

For m.sc economics the fees in the 15-17 session was 64000 and for sc/st category it was 42900.

For m.sc in financial economics,it will be around 1.7-1.9 lakhs and for m.sc in agribusiness economy,it will be around 1.3-1.5 lakhs.
Remember,these are the fees for the session 2015-2017 and hence present a rough idea.
