Hello..

There are two groups A and group B groupA include core branches such as mechanical ,electrical etc group B includes computer science (cse), civil etc with your rank you will be in phase 3 or we can say 3rd counselling.. Which will include change in fees structure as compared to 1st/2nd counselling...
