after you are accepting the seat alloted by wbjee by paying the requisite amount and if you freeze it then you collect your allotment letter but if you upgrade it then you have to wait for some time to get your upgraded college.

no, this year due to pandemic candidates are not required to go to any reporting centres or to the college. if the college gives permission to come then only you have to go to the college to show the alloted documents otherwise there is no need.
