IIIT stands for Indian Institute of Information Technology.

For getting admission in these institutes you will have to give JEE Mains and then counselling is done for the institutes like IIIT Allahabad, IIIT Gwalior etc.

For the institutes like IIIT Hyderabad, IIIT Bangalore  , you have to apply separately in the counselling process for the admission.
