JEE MAINS cuttoff score is minimum score that one need to have admission in participating Engineering College.Cuttoff score is different for each category.I am going to talk about general category as it is considered refrence.Each year cuttoff gets changed little bit as it depends upon level of paper.Seeing previous year cuttoff of JEE MAINS,you need to score 100+ out of 300  this year to have seat in NITs,IIITs or GFTIs.For having seats in top NITs or IIITs you need score 160+.

Jee cutoff varies every year and variation in cutoff depends upon various factors such as no of student applied and level of question paper .you have to do extra hard work for top rated nit .Cutoff are generally high for Nit like NIT WARANGAL,NIT TRICHY,NIT SURATHKAL etc .cutoff for IIIT are generally lower than nit you have to score around 130 for getting top IIIT if you want to qualify then in percentiles you have to score 89.75 for general and 74.7 for OBC Category.
