Now, i don't understand what exactly you want to know, the qualifying percentage in class 12 for JEE Mains examination, or the JEE Mains cutoff score , so I'll answer both.
To be able to qualify for JEE Mains, you need to have 75% aggregate marks in class 12 examination, irrespective of any board.

Now for the JEE Mains cutoff score, for the year 2020, the cutoff percentile for general category is 90 percentile.
