your question seems  incomplete. 10000 yearly fees for mbbs is only in government medical college. to get government medical colleges you need to get a high score. score of 550+ is really good. however every year cutoff score changes and it depends on which states ypu are applying. in every state government medical colleges 85% seats are reserved for domicile candidates. you can see previous years state wise cutoff score on careers360 website.
