The cutoff marks change every years. It's depends upon number of students that appeared in examination, number of seats available in colleges, difficulties of question paper, reservation catagory, previous years cutoff trends, etc.  So as per last year of cutoff you need to score at least 610 to 620 for all India quota and 590 to 600 for state quota for getting government seat in uttar pardesh if you belong to unreserved category.
