I would like to tell you that the rank is very difficult to predict for various reasons but if a  number has to be given then it would be between 20,000-25,000.

search predictions are very difficult to make because they depend on out of the question paper was a how all the other examinees giving the examination along with you have performed but usually with the score of 500 you might be expecting rank of around 3000 to 5000 at the all India level but it may vary depending on how many students about performed on the day of the examination
instead of thinking about your rank I would ask you that if you can score in excess of 500 then you can expect a good college availing 85% state quota and if you can score in excess of 550 or maybe even 600 your chances of getting into a premium medical college of a state in which you do not have domicile availing the 15% all India quota becomes easier
