Hello Nihal

Since you have passed your intermediate so you need to choose the code 03 as code 03 if for those who students who passed their Intermediate/Pre-Examination degree in Science stream from any recognised Indian University/Board or other body with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as a compulsory subject.

You are eligible for neet examination only if you have passed in Physics,
Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of
50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology in your class 12th board examination from a recognized board if you belong to general category ; while it's only 40% aggregate in pcb for obc, sc and st categories , 45 % aggregate in pcb for pwd category.

Steps you need to follow for filling neet application form are listed below "-

  • First of all you need to do registration
  • Then filling in the application of NEET 2020
  • Now you need to upload scanned images of the documents
