According to the previous year cutoff ranks and marks , and considering you estimate marks for JEE advanced as 180 and category as OBC, you may have a chance to get a rank below 3000-4000. By this rank you may have the eligibility to get a seat from any top reputed IITs. But it is all just predictions, we can't tell the exact details as the details change every year.
